By using the GlowPress website at glowpress.pages.dev, a GlowPress account or the GlowPress browser extension ("GlowPress") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GlowPress.
Using the tools
GlowPress tools are free for personal and commercial use. You are responsible for the files and content you process, and for making sure you have the right to use them. The free plan processes up to 5 files at a time in batch tools.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise they will be error free. Always keep a copy of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GlowPress is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that comes from using the site, the extension or its tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, the extension or the payment system.
- Do not use the tools for anything illegal or harmful, or to remove watermarks from work that is not yours.
- Do not copy the site design or content and present it as your own.
Blog content and guides
Blog posts and guides are for general information only and are not professional advice. Some may be written with help from automated tools and are reviewed for accuracy. Platform sizes and limits change, so always check the official source for anything important.
Ads and affiliate links
GlowPress may show clearly labeled ads and affiliate links to help pay for the site. Ads are provided by Google AdSense. Affiliate links are marked, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See the Privacy Policy and our affiliate disclosure.
Third-party services, links and libraries
GlowPress uses Cloudflare for hosting, Web3Forms for the contact form, and open source libraries such as pdf-lib, PDF.js, JSZip and qrcode-generator under their own licenses. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and GlowPress agree to that venue. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. For important changes that affect paid plans, we will give notice on the site or by email. Continued use of GlowPress means you accept the latest version.
