Questions about Pro
Are the tools still free?
Yes. Every GlowPress tool stays free to use, with no sign up and no watermarks on your files. Pro is for people who process lots of files and want no ads.
What exactly do I get with Pro?
Unlimited files per batch in the batch tools (free is 5 at a time), no ads on any page, your tool settings synced across your devices when you are signed in, and early access to new tools as they launch. Everything still runs on your device.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your Account page and press Manage billing to cancel in a couple of taps. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
What does Lifetime mean?
One payment, and your account has Pro for as long as GlowPress runs, with no renewals. It is a limited launch deal, so it may sell out or end.
Are my files uploaded when I am Pro?
No. Pro changes limits, not privacy. Your files are still processed inside your own browser and never uploaded.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. GlowPress never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Do I need an account?
Only for Pro, so we know your plan on every device. Sign in with an email link or Google, no password to remember.

Open your Account page and press Manage billing to update your card or see receipts. If you are still stuck, contact us and we will sort it out.
